Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Nawa website or registering for any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Nawa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Program Registration
When registering for a Nawa program, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Meet any eligibility requirements stated for the specific program
- Pay any applicable fees in full before the program start date
- Notify us promptly if your contact information or circumstances change
Nawa reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration if eligibility criteria are not met or if false information is provided.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by participant:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date: full refund minus a 5% processing fee
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date: no refund
Cancellation by Nawa: If Nawa cancels a program, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. We are not liable for any indirect costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) incurred by participants.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants in Nawa programs are expected to uphold a respectful and inclusive environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language directed at any person
- Disruption of program activities or deliberate interference with other participants
- Sharing, reproducing, or distributing program materials without written permission from Nawa
- Any conduct that violates applicable Saudi Arabian law
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and potential prohibition from future Nawa events.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nawa website and within our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, and videos, is the intellectual property of Nawa or its content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Nawa. Personal, non-commercial reference to program content is permitted with proper attribution.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nawa's services are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nawa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our programs. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
