Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by participant:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date: full refund minus a 5% processing fee
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date: no refund

Cancellation by Nawa: If Nawa cancels a program, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. We are not liable for any indirect costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) incurred by participants.
