EQ Lab
The first 5 seconds decide the rest.
A 4-hour working day where 90 people practice emotional intelligence on Saudi cases, under a clock, in front of a room. Practice the moments that decide a first job: the message that says “we need to talk”, feedback you didn’t expect, the blank second in front of a room.
Five blocks, one clock.

- Abdullah Al-Edini
In Arabic and English. Three rooms of 30, and every team meets every facilitator.
- At least half the cases are Saudi.
- At least 40% of the day is doing, not listening.
- Timed team cases, with a clock in the room.
- Every team presents to the room.
- Feedback on you, not a group score.
- You work with people outside your own circle.
